We Accept Returns
While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy.
If you decide you want to return an item foranyreason within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund. This means NO restocking fees (except for Pods and Yurts).
Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in it's full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.
Should you want to make a return, please email us at sales@shopglamping.com with your order number and we will assist you.
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@shopglamping.com the day of. Shop Glamping will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. If your cancellation is recieved prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our Return Policy.
Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
